basics

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. We collect personal data if you provide it to us as part of your order or when contacting us (e.g. via the contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we need the data to process the contract or to process your contact and you cannot complete the order or send the contact without providing them. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

data sharing

In order to fulfill the contract in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods ordered. Depending on which payment service provider you select in the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and any payment service provider commissioned by us to process payments.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the server request
  • called file
  • amount of data
  • Browser type/ browser version
  • operating system used
  • Referrer URL (this is the website from which the called file was requested)

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check this data if we become aware of specific indications of illegal use.

Use of cookies

So-called cookies are sometimes used on this website. These do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.

Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Integration of third-party content

On our website we use active Java Script content from external providers. These are, for example, maps provided by Google Maps. In order to display this data in your browser, the transmission of the IP address is absolutely necessary. However, we have no influence on whether the IP address may be saved.

You can prevent the execution of Java Script code by installing a Java Script blocker such as the browser plugin "NoScript" (www.noscript.net) or deactivating Java Script in your browser. However, this can lead to functional restrictions on websites that you visit.

Your right to information, correction, deletion, blocking

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data at any time. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.
